Our Community

Settlers Ridge is one of the premier neighborhoods in the western suburbs. Nestled in Sugar Grove, 45 miles west of Chicago it is surrounded by ponds, pastures, farmland, and sunsets. A place where everyone waves and cares about their neighbor. Children play in the parks, ride their bikes to a friend’s house and try to get home before dark. The garage in the back on an alley, provides raceways for big wheels. Single-family homes and townhomes present a broad range of options that come together to form a true neighborhood.
